Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period stays active until its end date.
Refunds
- New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the first charge if the service has not been materially used.
- Renewals are non-refundable. Please cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
- Add-on, one-time or usage-based charges are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email crm@digibizsolutions.in from your registered email with your workspace name and invoice number. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
